The cocktail lounge adjacent to the Mercer Restaurant offers impressive cocktails alongside stone walls that are approximately 2000 years old.
The on-site bistró, Le Bouchon, serves delicious drinks and tapas in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
Breakfast at the Mercer Restaurant is exceptional and available inside the dining room or outside on the patio surrounded by fragrant orange trees.
Mercer Hotel Barcelona – A Special Luxury Hotel
There are luxury hotels, and then there are luxury hotels…I have experienced both types, but I return to the latter. At these hotels, the service is flawless, the bed is one of the best you have slept in, and the attentive staff treat you like family. The Mercer Hotel Barcelona is one of these unique luxury hotels and my favourite place to stay in the capital of Catalonia.
Travel Tips:
- Taxis and private cars will pick you up at the Mercer Hotel Barcelona, but not all of them will drive you directly to the hotel. On two occasions as I was dropped off at the corner due to vehicle restrictions.
